For the past 200 years, people have misunderstood dinosaurs. The latest research shows that the sides of the dinosaurs of Styracosaurus species are completely different in shape and size, not symmetrical. Since 1819, after William Buckland discovered dinosaur fossils, humans have had 200 years to hunt for the bones of this animal. At the time, by putting together small fragments of fossils, paleontologists believed that dinosaurs had heads with two sides of symmetry, like many other animals today.
